• Have you utilized your internal referral program to its' maximum potential?
• Can you partner with your marketing department to share costs and facilitate an open house to increase public awareness of your business?
• Have you researched a recruitment firm that can create a process unique to your business?
• Have you tapped into your Team to identify new recruitment ideas?

Although doing what you have done in the past may be easiest, the biggest mistake you can make in recruiting is doing more of the same when it isn't working. Move out of your comfort zone, think out of the box and make a positive impact on your business in the New Year!
