Consensus Building


Through meeting with the key individuals with whom the successful hire will interact we will develop a solid understanding of your positions. We then draft a position specification and share it with you for your approval. Once the profile has been approved we will use it as both a tool to sell candidates on the opportunity as well as a measuring stick with which to evaluate potential candidates.

This exercise will also serve as a consensus building process. Through the development of the profile, all involved will gain a common expectation for the successful candidate resulting in a more effective search process as well as have a direct and positive impact on the success of the new hire.
