Identify key management for new product launch
A current client won a contract and needed to staff the key management team
for a completely new product not previously developed by another company.
After careful research into related industries, our recruitment team cold
called into existing companies with similar technologies to locate potential
candidates, networked with schools, professional minority organizations and
targeted professional networking groups. The project was successfully completed
with the entire management team in place to take part in the product launch.
